What a fruitful and fun road trip in October!

After my very fulfilling "Untamed" exhibition my sculptor friend Kemal Tufan and I hit the road for our traditional yearly road trip. We drove to Izmir and then followed the coastline to the south stopping at our favorite locations. We spent a couple of days at the Oludeniz air Games and did some free flying. We were a bit late this year but October proved to be perfect for flying and diving. We flew in five days of our week and scuba dived in one. Water in Kaş was clear like I've never seen. We got together with my son Murat who is now a scuba instructor in Kaş and also our pilot friends from Istanbul in Oludeniz. I took some great aerial photographs some of which will take place in the galleries of this web site once I go over them. It was a very fruitful and fun week.
